These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zv77 ("zv77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the zv77 website located at https://zv77.io and all associated services, including the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, virtual games, and any mobile-accessible version of the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

• You have not previously been excluded from zv77 voluntarily or involuntarily, and you do not have any existing account that has been suspended or closed by zv77.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of zv77 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

To access the full range of zv77 services, you must register a personal account ("Account"). Registration is free and available to eligible players located in Bangladesh. Each individual may hold only one Account at any time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older)
• A valid email address that you actively control
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Your preferred BDT payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zv77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify zv77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): zv77 operates a mandatory identity verification programme. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the zv77 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zv77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Certain payment methods or banks may apply their own transaction charges, for which zv77 bears no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500, credited instantly
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500

• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (subject to card issuer approval)

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule).
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000 applies per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of KYC identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• zv77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent, bonus-abuse, or money-laundering activity.

zv77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets may contribute 100% on qualifying markets. Full contribution schedules are available on the Promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the requirements of an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: zv77 monitors bonus activity. Patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, void betting, or exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts — will result in cancellation of bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: Attempting to withdraw funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits made alongside an active bonus may also be subject to wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the zv77 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. zv77 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances described in this section.

Casino Games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures, depending on the game type. All games are sourced from licensed international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are publicly available for each game in the game information panel. Displayed RTPs are long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake for that round will be returned to the player's Account. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning round will not be paid.

Sports Betting:

• Pre-match and live in-play betting is available on selected markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and various football, kabaddi, and hockey events.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for the event or market type specify otherwise.
• zv77 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes on any market, limit maximum winnings, restrict access to specific markets, or void bets where evidence of match manipulation or irregular activity is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zv77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other process; impersonating another person; or using a stolen identity or payment method.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using aliases, associates, or third-party credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated decision-making software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard manual users.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. zv77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Abuse of Technical Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of any deposit transaction with a payment provider while the corresponding funds remain in or have been used from your Account. Chargeback activity will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

• Any right to create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Any right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Any right to use the zv77 name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to zv77 will result in termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zv77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information available on the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

zv77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. zv77 will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

In all cases where zv77's liability is not fully excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of zv77 to any individual user in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zv77 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by zv77 includes registration details, transaction records, device and session data, and communications with support staff. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. zv77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
